Covered and uncovered RV and boat parking
Our Marine & RV facility in Henderson is built for boats and RVs. It has uncovered parking spaces up to 10x30 and covered spaces from 10x20 to 10x38, and every covered space has power. There’s also an on-site dump station and a resident manager.
Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson, right on the road to Lake Mead, has uncovered parking spaces up to 11x40.
Enclosed drive-up units for RVs, boats and trailers
Want it out of the sun and behind a locked door? Our large drive-up units have roll-up doors and fit many RVs, boats, trailers and cars:
- Lake Mead Parkway – Henderson: up to 13x40, with doors up to 12 ft tall
- Black Mountain (N Gibson Rd) – Henderson: up to 756 sq ft, with doors up to 12 ft tall
- Windmill – Henderson: up to 12x36, with doors up to 12 ft tall
- Blue Diamond – Las Vegas: up to 12x40, plus 400–580 sq ft garages with 10 ft tall doors
- Marine & RV – Henderson: 12x34, with a 12 ft tall door
Door sizes vary by unit, so check the door size listed when you rent online. Availability changes often.
Before you store
- Measure your RV, boat or trailer’s full length, including the tongue, motor and any racks, and its full height, including A/C units, antennas and towers.
- Bring a valid photo ID, your vehicle’s current registration (where required by law) and proof of your own insurance. Our free Tenant Protection Plan doesn’t cover vehicles, boats, trailers or parking spaces.
- Electric and hybrid vehicles need our written approval.
- Gate access is 6 AM to 10 PM every day, and all rentals are month-to-month.
