  • Take I-11 South (formerly I-515) to Exit 68 for Tropicana Ave.

Our Marine & RV facility is on Commerce Center Drive, just off Sunset Way in Henderson's Green Valley area. We're right next door to the Ethel M Chocolates Factory & Cactus Garden and Roseman University, near the Whitney Mesa Nature Preserve, and close to Sunset Road and Green Valley Parkway. Boat and RV owners come to us from Green Valley, Whitney Ranch, Green Valley Ranch and the east side of Las Vegas, with easy access from I-11 and I-215. A resident manager lives on-site.
