Bestever storage facility

I hesitated to rent this place out for my trailer at first because it's farther from home. But after I talked to MJ on the phone, I decided to give it a try despite a bit more pricey than a Cube Smart next door. This place just feels way safer, wider roads, clean, great office vibe, and MJ was so helpful and felt like she likes what she does. Moreover, she wasn't picky on getting registration paper and all that which worked for me since I've just bought the trailer and had to find a space. They also allow us to work on our RV. Also she's on site so that is a huge plus. A bonus is to see project cars parking on premise. Very happy so far!

I’ve stored with the Blue Diamond facility from Oct-April for a few years now and without question, the managers Daryl and Sabrina maintain the facilities to a very high standard and manage it as if it were their own. It’s reassuring to return each fall and see them. Green Valley Storage is very lucky to have these two managing their facility. Thank You Guys!

Recently, I transitioned to Green Valley Storage from another facility due to escalating prices. My experience at Green Valley was notably positive, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service and the facility's accommodating features. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Evely, the office manager, whose assistance made the moving process fast and easy and more importantly friendly and accommodating, making a typically stressful process feel effortless. Omar, the site manager, gave me a tour of the storage units despite the rainy weather. His willingness to address all my queries with my storage needs. I opted for two large units, which were offered at a competitive rate, I also inquired about potential price increases, I was reassured by the facility's policy, which appears more stable and considerate compared to some chain storage providers. The access hours at Green Valley are quite accommodating, catering to various schedules and ensuring that I could reach my belongings when needed. A significant advantage of Green Valley is its local ownership, which translates to a more personalized and immediate customer service experience - a stark contrast to the automated systems prevalent elsewhere. Overall, my experience with Green Valley Storage has been thoroughly positive. From the exceptional service provided by Evely and Omar to the practical benefits like fair pricing, convenient access hours, and the assurance of dealing with a locally owned entity, Green Valley stands out as a great choice for anyone in need of reliable storage. This is my first review but couldn’t pass up not saying something about a business with great people and process since that is a rarity in todays world.
