Spin it as you will, one thing is sure – very few will spin it the same. Las Vegas has always had the allure of risking a little for the reward of winning a lot…that illusive fortune – the jackpot.

Well, for the Self Storage business in Las Vegas, the risk has been lowered and the rewards are paying off. The economic downturn has been very difficult for homeowners and businesses alike forcing many foreclosures in both arenas. Some homeowners are downsizing or seeking temporary housing in apartments or other rental residences. Businesses are finding smaller and less expensive office space.
